 EA is launching the Fusion Engineering Academy\, a two-week training cours
 e aimed at engineers and scientists.  It will cover a range of subjects c
 ombining lectures\, tutor session and relevant hands-on experience at the 
 facilities on UKAEA’s Culham Campus.\nThe Fusion Engineering Academy 202
 6 offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on training in
  the rapidly growing fusion energy sector.  Through the Fusion Engineerin
 g Academy\, trainees get direct experience with equipment available at Cul
 ham\, thereby enriching their experience and understanding of fusion engin
 eering.\nThe Academy will have these features:\n\nAimed at anyone wanting 
 to expand their STEM knowledge into the world of fusion (A STEM degree is 
 a prerequisite.)\nHands-on activities\nLectures will be supported by writt
 en assignments and study sessions\n\n \nThe Academy is divided into two f
 our day sessions\, both parts of the Academy will take place at Culham Cam
 pus\, Abingdon\, OX14 3DB.\nPrice: £1\,600 + VAT for the whole course (8 
 days).  This includes all lunches and one evening meal.\n \nRegistration
  is now open\nThe Academy will be hosted by UKAEA on site at Culham Campus
  across two separate weeks\nWeek 1: 9 - 12 February 2026\nWeek 2: 2 - 5 Ma
 rch 2026  \nThe event gets filled very quickly and there are only 24 spa
 ces for this training. \n \nVisas\nPlease check the UK Government websi
