DESCRIPTION:16th Suppliers’ Event: Executive Overview - 23 April at our 
 Culham Campus\nUKAEA’s Commercial Department runs a year‑round program
 me of market engagement to help suppliers understand our pipeline\, prepar
 e for upcoming opportunities and work with UKAEA more effectively.\nOur ne
 xt Suppliers’ Event will provide an executive overview of UKAEA’s upda
 tes\, and major programmes and projects.\nWhat the event includes\n\nA mor
 ning of presentations from UKAEA’s Executive team and other key speakers
 .\nAn afternoon focused on engagement and networking\, with exhibition boo
 ths hosted by UKAEA teams\, The Fusion Cluster and UK Fusion Energy Ltd.\n
 Direct access to UKAEA Commercial and technical representatives.\nOpportun
 ities to connect with delegates from SMEs\, large organisations\, and indu
 stry leaders involved in the fusion sector and related technologies.\nClea
 r insight into how your organisation can support UKAEA’s mission and upc

 he left.\n\n \nRegistration\nYou must register by completing the registra
 tion form. \nWe encourage you to create an Indico account. This will save
  your details for future registrations\, make it easier to manage your boo
 kings\, and give you access to the event participant list.\nTo register\,

 e page.\n \nWho should register?\nThis event is open to suppliers represe
 nting large organisations or SMEs whose capabilities align with the fusion
  energy sector and related technologies. If your organisation is contribut
 ing to or exploring opportunities in this field\, we encourage you to regi
 ster and take part.\nA maximum of two tickets per organisation will be per
 mitted. \nTickets will be allocated on a first-come\, first-served basis\
 , in line with the criteria outlined above.\n \nPlease note before regist
 ering\nBy booking an in-person ticket\, you are registering your interest 
 in attending the event. The Commercial team will review all registrations 
 in line with the criteria outlined above\, and you will receive an email c
 onfirming whether or not your place has been secured.\nThis is a free even
 t for delegates. However\, each registration incurs a cost for UKAEA.\nDue
  to high demand and limited availability\, we kindly ask that you only reg
 ister if you are confident you can attend. This helps us manage resources 
 responsibly and ensure that spaces are used effectively.\nNo-shows will be
  noted and may affect your ability to participate in future Suppliers' eve
 nts.\n \nTicket options and key dates \nThis event will be hosted in a h
 ybrid format so you can attend in-person or virtually.\n- Suppliers in-per
 son ticket. You can book this ticket until 8 April 2026. Places are limite
 d due to auditorium capacity\, so early booking is recommended. This ticke
 t includes: access to morning presentations\, lunch and the afternoon prog
 ramme. If your place is confirmed\, you must read the site emergency slide
 s before arriving (click here).\n- Suppliers virtual ticket. You can book 
 this ticket until 22 April 2026. This option gives you access to the live 
 presentations online.Please note: networking activities are only available
  to in-person attendees.\n- UKAEA ticket. This ticket is for UKAEA staff w
 ho are supporting the event or attending as delegates. It can be booked un
 til 8 April 2026. \n \n\n\nNOTE: in line with the UK Government sanctio
 ns\, UKAEA is not conducting any procurement\, commercial\, business devel
 opment or supply chain activity with any Belarus or Russian entity. Theref
 ore\, Russian and Belarusian entities' registrations will not proceed.\n\n
