DESCRIPTION:Welcome to UKAEA Public open evening!\n \nWe'd like to invite
  the public to UKAEA's Open Evening! \nOur Open Evenings offer you a uniq
 ue opportunity to see in-person some of the amazing work we are doing to d
 evelop sustainable fusion energy. You will receive an introductory talk co
 vering the basics of fusion energy\, followed by tours of the world’s la
 rgest fusion experiment\; the world record breaking Joint European Torus (
 JET) and our Mega Amp Spherical Tokamak Upgrade (MAST-U). These tours will
  be led by engineers\, scientists and technicians\, who are currently work
 ing on the experiments – so you are guaranteed a genuine insight into wh
 at it’s like to work in fusion and have the opportunity to directly ask 
 our passionate researchers anything about our work here at UKAEA.\nBring y
 our questions and curiosity as you discover just how on Earth we are creat
 ing star-power and see two of the leading facilities responsible for this 
 ground-breaking research\, pushing us closer to delivering fusion energy f
 or all!\nTickets will go live on Wednesday 8th July.\nPlease note anyone a
 ttending this event is require to wear closed toe shoes and a hard hats (a
  hard hat will be provided on the day).\nThis Open Evening is intended for
  the general public. If you work at UKAEA\, please sign up for the Friends
  and Family Open Evening instead\, which will be available to book soon.\n
 \nRegistration\nYou must register by completing the registration form. We 
 encourage you to be logged into Indico (the web-based event management sys
 tem hosting this site) to register.\nTo register\, select the ‘Registra
 tion’ tab in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.\n\nWho can atte
 nd\nYou are welcome to attend with friends and family\, but please note th
 ere is a maximum of 10 tickets per group. There is a minimum age limit of
  12 years old. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a respons
 ible adult.\nDue to high demand and limited availability\, only register i
 f you are confident you can attend. This helps us manage resources and ens
 ure places are used effectively.\n\nTicket and key dates\nThis event will 
 be held in a in-person format.\nPlaces are limited due to room capacity. R
 egistration may close earlier than the advertised deadline if capacity is
