DESCRIPTION:We are delighted to welcome schools to UKAEA for an inspiring 
 half-day visit designed to give students a unique insight into the future 
 of fusion energy.\nDuring the visit\, students will receive an introductor
 y talk covering the basics of fusion energy. They will then take part in g
 uided tours of our world-leading facilities\, Joint European Torus (JET). 
 The tour will be led by our engineers\, scientists and technicians\, offer
 ing students a genuine\, behind-the-scenes look at cutting-edge research a
 nd technology.\nStudents are encouraged to bring their curiosity as they e
 xplore how we are developing  fusion energy and discover the exciting car
 eers that contribute to this ground-breaking work.\nWe have 2 time slots t
 hat you can book:\n\n10:00-12:00\n13:00-15:00\n\nPlease note we can accomm
 odate a maximum of 40 students per visit. Also\, anyone attending this eve
 nt is require to wear closed toe shoes and a hard hat (a hard hat will be 
 provided on the day).\nAlso\, you are only allowed to book one slot per sc
 hool.\n\nRegistration\nYou must register by completing the registration fo
 rm. We encourage you to be logged into Indico (the web-based event managem
 ent system hosting this site) to register.\nTo register\, select the ‘R
 egistration’ tab in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.\n\nWho c
 an attend\nDue to high demand and limited availability\, only register if 
 you are confident you can attend. This helps us manage resources and ensur
 e places are used effectively.\n\nTicket and key dates\nThis event will be
  held in a in-person format.\nPlaces are limited due to room capacity. Reg
 istration may close earlier than the advertised deadline if capacity is re
