DESCRIPTION:UKAEA's SME Exhibition & Connect Event\nUKAEA’s is hosting i
 t's annual SME showcase event\, taking place on Wednesday 30th September a
 t our Culham Campus!\nThis event is part of Commercial's SME Action Plan\,
  which aims to strengthen collaboration and support small and medium-sized
  enterprises (SMEs) working in the fusion industry and related sectors.\nW
 hat the event includes\n\nExhibition booths hosted by SMEs and Tier 1 supp
 liers\, as well as UKAEA and UKFE.\nA day focused on engagement and networ
 king\, with workshops and activities throughout.\nDirect access to UKAEA C
 ommercial and technical representatives through our Fusion 1-2-1s.\nOpport
 unities to connect with delegates from SMEs\, large organisations\, and in
 dustry leaders involved in the fusion sector and related technologies.\n\n

 nRegistration\nYou must register by completing the registration form. \nW
 e encourage you to create an Indico account. This will save your details f
 or future registrations\, make it easier to manage your bookings\, and giv
 e you access to the event participant list.\nTo register\, select the ‘B
 ook a ticket’ tab in the menu on the left-hand side of the page.\n \nWh
 o should register?\nThis event is open to organisations keen to connect wi
 th innovative suppliers\, giving you the opportunity to engage directly wi
 th those shaping the future of fusion. Whether you are representing large 
 organisations or SMEs whose capabilities align with the fusion energy sect
 or and related technologies\, we encourage you to register and take part.\
 nA maximum of two tickets per organisation will be permitted. \nPlease no
 te that we are unable to add on additional registrations once the registra
 tion period has closed\, therefore we recommend that you register your spo
 t early.\n \nPlease note before registering\nBy booking an in-person tick
 et\, you are registering your interest in attending the event. The Commerc
 ial team will review all registrations in line with the criteria outlined 
 above\, and you will receive an email confirming whether or not your place
  has been secured.\nThis is a free event for delegates. However\, each reg
 istration incurs a cost for UKAEA.\nDue to high demand and limited availab
 ility\, we kindly ask that you only register if you are confident you can 
 attend. This helps us manage resources responsibly and ensure that spaces 
 are used effectively.\nNo-shows will be noted and may affect your ability 
 to participate in future Suppliers' events.\n \nTicket options and key da
 tes \nThis event will be hosted in an in-person format only.\n- Suppliers
  in-person ticket. You can book this ticket until 3rd September 2026. Plac
 es are limited due to event capacity\, so early booking is recommended. Th
 is ticket includes: access to exhibition booths\, lunch and the workshops.
  If your place is confirmed\, you must read the site emergency slides befo
 re arriving (click here).\n- Fusion 1-2-1s ticket. You can book this ticke
 t until 3rd September 2026. This ticket is only valid along with a confirm
 ed Suppliers in-person ticket. This option gives you access to have a shor
 t 10 minute conversation with the given UKAEA or external representative.P
 lease note: these tickets are limited to only one 1-2-1 session per compan
 y\, therefore we will be reviewing and moderating registrations received.
  \n- UKAEA ticket. This ticket is for UKAEA staff who are supporting the 
 event or attending as delegates and can be booked until 3rd September.\n 
 \n\n\nNOTE: in line with the UK Government sanctions\, UKAEA is not conduc
 ting any procurement\, commercial\, business development or supply chain a
 ctivity with any Belarus or Russian entity. Therefore\, Russian and Belaru
