 t our Culham Campus\nUKAEA’s Commercial Department delivers an annual pr
 ogramme of supplier engagement activities designed to help organisations u
 nderstand our future pipeline\, prepare for upcoming opportunities and bui
 ld stronger connections with UKAEA.\nOur next Suppliers’ Event will prov
 ide a commercial overview of UKAEA’s latest developments\, major program
 mes\, and key projects. The event is an opportunity to gain valuable insig
 ht into the future of fusion energy and learn how your organisation can su
 pport UKAEA's mission.\nWhat to expect:\n\nPresentations from UKAEA’s te
 ams and other speakers\, including a potential opportunity to hear from UK
 AEA's new CEO\, Dennis Whyte.\nAn afternoon dedicated to engagement and ne
 tworking\, featuring exhibition stands hosted by UKAEA teams and The Fusio
 n Cluster.\nDirect access to UKAEA Commercial and technical representative
 s.\nOpportunities to connect with delegates from SMEs\, large organisation
 s\, and industry leaders across the fusion and advanced technology sectors
 .\nInsights into upcoming opportunities and how your organisation can cont

 nd the event\, please register for the appropriate ticket below.\nWe encou
 rage you to create an Indico account which will allow you to save your det
 ails for future registrations\, manage your bookings more easily\, and gi

 k a ticket tab.\n \nWho should register?\nThis event is open to suppliers
  from both large organisations and SMEs whose capabilities align with the 
 fusion energy sector and related technologies. If your organisation is act
 ively supporting\, or interested in supporting\, the development of fusion
  energy and associated technologies\, we encourage you to register.\nPleas
 e note:\n\nA maximum of two delegates per organisation may attend.\nPlaces
  will be allocated on a first-come\, first-serve basis\, subject to the el
 igibility criteria outlined above.\n\n \nBefore You Register\nBy booking 
 an in-person ticket\, you are registering your interest in attending the e
 vent. All registrations will be reviewed by the Commercial team against th
 e eligibility criteria\, you will receive confirmation by email if your pl
 ace has been secured.\nAttendance is free of charge. However\, each regist
 ration represents a cost to UKAEA.\nDue to high demand and limited capacit
 y\, we kindly ask that you only register if you are confident you can atte
 nd. This helps us make the best use of resources and maximise attendance o
 pportunities across the supplier community.\nPlease note that non-attendan
 ce without prior notice may be recorded and could be taken into considerat
 ion when allocating places at future Suppliers' Events.\nTicket options an
 d key dates \nThis event will be delivered in a hybrid format\, allowing 
 delegates to attend either in-person or online.\n- Suppliers in-person tic
 ket . You can book this ticket until 3rd November. Places are limited due 
 to auditorium capacity\, so early booking is recommended. This ticket incl
 udes: access to morning presentations\, lunch and the afternoon programme.
  If your place is confirmed\, you must read the site emergency slides befo
 re arriving (click here).\n- Suppliers virtual ticket. You can book this t
 icket until 23rd November. This option gives you access to the live presen
 tations online. Please note: networking activities are only available to i
 n-person attendees.\n- UKAEA ticket. This ticket is for UKAEA staff who ar
 e supporting the event or attending as delegates. It can be booked until 3
 rd November.\n \n\n\nNOTE: in line with the UK Government sanctions\, UKA
 EA is not conducting any procurement\, commercial\, business development o
 r supply chain activity with any Belarus or Russian entity. Therefore\, Ru
 ssian and Belarusian entities' registrations will not proceed.\n\n\nhttps:
