As part of the AccelerateAI project, SA2C and UKAEA are hosting NVIDIA to provide a series of events introducing the research community to NVIDIA Modulus, NVIDIA's tool for working with GPU-accelerated physics-informed neural networks.
Swansea University and UKAEA are working together on the ‘Advanced-Data Driven Engineering Design’ (ADDED) initiative, which aims to pursue an approach in their research that focuses on data-based outcomes to project backwards how systems and processes should be utilised in order to inform optimal design.
This series will provide researchers the opportunity to learn about NVIDIA Modulus, discuss their AI research directly with the NVIDIA developers and have hands-on training using the latest tools from NVIDIA on Swansea University’s new dedicated AI HPC cluster.
In this final deep-dive event, participants will get hands-on experience of working with NVIDIA Modulus to solve some of the problems discussed at the round-table event in 2022, and will interact directly with NVIDIA staff to solve problems that occur. There will also be significant opportunities to network directly with Swansea University, UKAEA, STFC, and NVIDIA staff. An agenda will be circulated to registered participants before the event.
Participants must have attended or viewed the recording of the first event in order to attend this one.
