Upgraded to Indico v3.3.14

Maintenance completed

The scheduled upgrade and maintenance work has been completed successfully. UKAEA Indico is now running v3.3.14, the latest stable release, with updated plugins and supporting infrastructure.

Updates

- Indico: 3.3.12 → v3.3.14
- Indico plugins: 3.3.6 → v3.3.8
- UKAEA theme: running v0.7.0

What’s improved?

- Security: Important fixes strengthen protection for event information, exports and offline copies.
- Abstracts and contributions: Support for multiple-choice fields and improvements to contribution pages.
- Paper reviewing: Organisers can set a maximum number of review rounds.
- Registration: A new setting allows organisers to permit withdrawals outside the registration modification period.
- Reliability and usability: Fixes improve registration forms, calendar downloads and table selection.

Behind the scenes

Supporting system packages have been updated, database maintenance has been completed following the operating system upgrade, and time synchronisation has been restored. Monitoring configuration has also been updated, with an improved application dashboard prepared for deployment.
