We are looking forward to celebrating this year’s cohort of the FOSTER programme's internship students, who have spent 8 weeks over the summer working on a variety of fusion-related projects either in industry or with a leading UK university.
The event is largely a poster conference where students and supervisors can showcase their findings and impact from a large variety of undergraduate projects. This year we have had over 80 students engage with a placement so there are a lot of exciting projects to hear from. A networking lunch will be provided and UKAEA staff will be engaging with students and supervisors throughout the day to learn more.
