Overview
The Xth International Tokamak Physics Activity conference will be held 23rd - 26th October at the Culham Science Centre, Oxford. The conference is organised by the UK Atomic Energy Authority. The role of the ITPA Coordinating Committee is to oversee the Topical Physics Groups in conducting their tasks and to interface the ITPA with the ITER Organization (IO). The conference will be separated into the respective topical groups:
- Group 1 - ITPA PEDESTAL & EDGE PHYSICS

Format: The conference format will be in-person. Each topical group will be separated into their own conference room, Group-1 sessions will be held in the JALT, Group-2 sessions will be held in the Pease Room, and finally the Robinson room for Group-3.
Registration: The registration process is divided into a separate registration form relevant to each topical group. Participants are required to apply once via the registration form corresponding to their group. Fees, dining, and accommodation are organised via the registration forms and any payments are calculated from the responses.
Travel: Oxford has good flight connections to all major cities worldwide via London. The conference venue, located at the Culham Science Centre, can be easily reached via public transportation within ~1hour from the airport.
Accommodation: Participants are asked to arrange their accommodation themselves, we recommend booking your hotel as early as possible.

Mission
The ITPA operates under the auspices of ITER. The Participants in the ITPA are the Members of ITER. The organisational structure of the ITPA consists of a Coordinating Committee (CC) and several Topical Physics Groups.
