All information that we hold concerning you as an individual (e.g. your name, contact details and any other relevant details) will be held and processed by UKAEA in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. The data will be used by the UKAEA for the purpose of managing ISTW 2024. The retention period for the data collected is 12 months. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
For those delegates who are visiting UKAEA, the site uses closed circuit television (CCTV) images to provide a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors. The use and management of the CCTV equipment is in compliance with GDPR 2018. Images are held on the hard drive of a server or PC and are deleted or overwritten on a regular basis (typically a period of one month). Disclosure of images to third parties will only be made in accordance with the purposes for which the systems is used and will be limited to the Police and other Law Enforcement Agencies, Prosecution Agencies and Legal Representatives. By attending ISTW 2024 you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in this privacy note. However, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time during or after the event.
Personal data will be shared with PPPL solely for the purposes of managing ISTW 2024.
