Q: What do I need to bring on the day?

A: You must bring a valid photo ID.
Please also have your confirmation email saved on your phone, as we may ask to see it.

Access to the Culham site is subject to UKAEA security protocols. All visitors must show valid photo ID on arrival to receive a visitor pass. Without it, access will not be granted.

 


Q: Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?

A: If you can no longer attend, contact us as soon as possible. We will check if it’s possible to update the ticket details.

To meet our security requirements, we share delegate information with our security and reception teams in advance to issue visitor passes.
