Event Privacy Notice Addendum
In addition to the : UKAEA privacy notice: Customers, suppliers, partners, 3rd parties - GOV.UK, UKAEA is collecting and processing personal information through this registration form for the purpose of organising and delivering this event on behalf of the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero (DESNZ).
The information collected may include your name, job title, organisation, contact details, dietary requirements, accessibility requirements, and any identification information required for event access and security arrangements.
Your information will be used to:
- Manage event registration and attendance;
- Communicate important event information and updates;
- Facilitate access to the venue and associated security processes;
- Make appropriate catering, accessibility and logistical arrangements;
- Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of the event.
UKAEA may use this information to send you information about future events, and related activities that may be of interest.
Where necessary, information may be shared with DESNZ, relevant UKAEA teams, and event suppliers involved in the delivery of the event for purposes directly related to event administration.
Personal information collected for this event will be retained for up to three years following the event and will then be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with UKAEA data retention requirements.
