Note: This is the first time that UKAEA is using Indico to register delegates for a conference; and the underlying payment portal. They have been thoroughly tested, but if you encounter any issues please contact ISTW2024@ukaea.uk
Fees
Registration fee: £450.00
The registration fee includes:
- All teas and coffees at the event
- Lunch daily
- Welcome drinks reception at Rhodes House on Monday evening
Walking tour of Oxford: £15.00
Oxford is a compact city and this private walking tour will enable you to get a glimpse of its history and the colleges. If you're arriving early it's a great way to stave off the jet lag and meet some of your fellow delegates.
The tour will take place on Sunday afternoon between 3pm and 4:30pm. The start point will be advised separately.
Tour is subject to a minimum number of guests. If it is unable to take place refunds will be made.
Conference Dinner: £42.50
The conference dinner is being held on Tuesday evening at 7:30pm at the ever-popular Cherwell Boathouse on the banks of the River Cherwell.
Tour of Tokamak Energy and UKAEA: £25.00
This tour takes place on Wednesday afternoon. The fee purely covers the cost of the coach transfers between both venues. Due to restrictions on numbers at TE you will be split into two groups and change venues during the tour. This tour is strictly limited to 39 delegates and is not available to accompanying persons.

Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport and visa, if required, are in date and cover the period of the conference. Please check on the UK Government website to see if you need a visa and allow enough time for this to be processed.
Privacy Notice
The data that is collected during registration is used to enable UKAEA to run ISTW2024 smoothly and productively. It will be shared with PPPL as hosts of the event and deleted after 52 weeks. It will not be used for any other purpose.
