- Abstracts must be submitted electronically via UKAEA’s Indico system by 15 February 2026. Please note you will need to create an Indico account to submit your abstract. Abstracts received via e-mail or after the deadline will not be accepted and therefore will not be considered for the programme or publication. No extension of the deadline will be granted.
- The number of submitted abstracts per presenting author is limited to one abstract per presenting author.
- A preferred presentation method should be selected during the submission from the following options:
- Oral Presentation
- Poster Presentation
- Authors’ abstracts must be submitted to one or more of the topics found on the Scientific Programme.
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the EPS Scientific Programme Committee which will consider the formal aspects and content. They will decide which abstracts will be accepted and may reconsider the final presentation type.
- All presenting authors will receive an acceptance/rejection notification via e-mail by 16 March 2026.
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the Conference app and the Abstract Book.
- All accepted presenting authors are obliged to register for the Conference by 16 April 2026. Presenting authors who are not registered for the Conference and whose registration is not fully covered by the deadline will be automatically withdrawn from the final programme and Abstract Book.
- Submission of an abstract represents a commitment to either attend the conference or send a knowledgeable substitute who is qualified to present and answer questions regarding the reported work.
- The invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to cover travel, accommodation, or registration costs associated with the conference.
