This session will include some of the most frequently asked questions we receive about the event.

To help you get the most out of the day, we’ll also include, ahead of time, some of the key questions suppliers typically ask during the event. This way, you may be able to find answers to queries you already have before attending!

Please note: this page is regularly updated in the lead-up to the event, so we recommend checking back for the latest information.

 

About the Event 

Q: Can I host an exhibition booth at the 15th Suppliers' Event?

A: The 15th Suppliers’ Event does not include the option for suppliers to host their own exhibition stands as part of the programme. Exhibition booths will be hosted by the various programmes that make up UKAEA’s areas of activity. However, there may be future events where suppliers will have the opportunity to exhibit. If you’re interested and don’t want to miss out on future opportunities, please make sure you’re signed up to our supplier mailing list.

 

Q: Can I register and then transfer my ticket to a colleague?

A: If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible so we can check whether it's possible to update the ticket details.To comply with our security policies, we share delegate information with our security and reception teams in advance so we are able to issue you a visitor pass (please visit our "Privacy" tab to learn how we use your data). 

 

Q: What do I do if I can no longer attend?

A: If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. This will allow us to transfer your ticket to someone on our Waiting List.

 

Q: Will the slides be made available after the event?

A: A link to the slides will be shared with attendees post event. This does not include a recording of the presentations. These are available for a limited time only so we recommend downloading the slides for future reference.

 

Q: I consented to having my name and details shared with other attendees but no longer want it visible, how am I able to change this?

A: When registering for a ticket, you are able to consent whether you would like your name, company, and email shared with other attendees. You can retract this at any time by going into the confirmation email you received and "editing" your ticket. In here, you can modify the permissions you have set to no longer share this information. Alternatively, you can contact us at supplychain@ukaea.uk and we can change this permission for you.
