Welcome to Project Management for Fusion: A Cross-Sector Event!

As the fusion industry prepares for commercialisation, strong project management capability is key to efficient, controlled and impactful delivery.

Project Management for Fusion: A Cross-Sector Event brings together professionals from across the fusion sector to share best practice, build community and understand how their existing skills can be developed and applied within fusion projects.

This one-day event will feature talks, interactive workshops and panel discussions designed for both experienced project managers and those who work in project-based environments without formal project management training. Delegates will explore what effective project delivery looks like in the context of fusion and how cross-sector collaboration can help accelerate learning and efficiency.

  • Share best practice: Hear how teams across the fusion sector are tackling challenges and achieving results through panel discussions.
  • Network and collaborate: Build connections with peers from UKAEA, Tokamak Energy, and First Light Fusion.
