Privacy notice
UKAEA is supporting the Scientific Committee of the 23rd International Spherical Torus Workshop (ISTW 2026) by collecting personal data on their behalf for the purposes of abstract submissions and administration.
The personal information you provide (such as your name, contact details, affiliation, and other relevant information) will be used, by the ISTW 2026 Scientific Committee, for the management and delivery of the workshop, including communications related to your abstract submission / contribution.
Personal data will be retained for a period of 12 months, in line with UKAEA’s data retention policy. Under UK GDPR, you have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
By registering for ISTW 2026, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in this notice.
