17th Suppliers’ Event: Commercial Overview - 25th November at our Culham Campus
UKAEA’s Commercial Department delivers an annual programme of supplier engagement activities designed to help organisations understand our future pipeline, prepare for upcoming opportunities and build stronger connections with UKAEA.
Our next Suppliers’ Event will provide a commercial overview of UKAEA’s latest developments, major programmes, and key projects. The event is an opportunity to gain valuable insight into the future of fusion energy and learn how your organisation can support UKAEA's mission.
What to expect:
- Presentations from UKAEA’s teams and other speakers, including a potential opportunity to hear from UKAEA's new CEO, Dennis Whyte.
- An afternoon dedicated to engagement and networking, featuring exhibition stands hosted by UKAEA teams and The Fusion Cluster.
- Direct access to UKAEA Commercial and technical representatives.
- Opportunities to connect with delegates from SMEs, large organisations, and industry leaders across the fusion and advanced technology sectors.
- Insights into upcoming opportunities and how your organisation can contribute to UKAEA's future programmes and projects.

Registration
To attend the event, please register for the appropriate ticket below.
We encourage you to create an Indico account which will allow you to save your details for future registrations, manage your bookings more easily, and give you access to the event participant list.

Who should register?
This event is open to suppliers from both large organisations and SMEs whose capabilities align with the fusion energy sector and related technologies. If your organisation is actively supporting, or interested in supporting, the development of fusion energy and associated technologies, we encourage you to register.
Please note:
- A maximum of two delegates per organisation may attend.
- Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, subject to the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Before You Register
By booking an in-person ticket, you are registering your interest in attending the event. All registrations will be reviewed by the Commercial team against the eligibility criteria, you will receive confirmation by email if your place has been secured.
Attendance is free of charge. However, each registration represents a cost to UKAEA.
Due to high demand and limited capacity, we kindly ask that you only register if you are confident you can attend. This helps us make the best use of resources and maximise attendance opportunities across the supplier community.
Please note that non-attendance without prior notice may be recorded and could be taken into consideration when allocating places at future Suppliers' Events.
Ticket options and key dates
This event will be delivered in a hybrid format, allowing delegates to attend either in-person or online.
- Suppliers in-person ticket . You can book this ticket until 3rd November. Places are limited due to auditorium capacity, so early booking is recommended. This ticket includes: access to morning presentations, lunch and the afternoon programme. If your place is confirmed, you must read the site emergency slides before arriving (click here).
- Suppliers virtual ticket. You can book this ticket until 23rd November. This option gives you access to the live presentations online. Please note: networking activities are only available to in-person attendees.
- UKAEA ticket. This ticket is for UKAEA staff who are supporting the event or attending as delegates. It can be booked until 3rd November.
NOTE: in line with the UK Government sanctions, UKAEA is not conducting any procurement, commercial, business development or supply chain activity with any Belarus or Russian entity. Therefore, Russian and Belarusian entities' registrations will not proceed.
