- All abstracts must be written in English.
- The length of the abstract title is limited to 20 words and must be submitted using the sentence case, which is lower case except where capital letters are commonly used (e.g. ‘My abstract about EPS 2026 will be presented in Edinburgh’).
- The number of co-authors is limited to 15. Please have the following details about your co-authors prepared for the submission: title, first name, family name, affiliation (institution, department, city, country) and e-mail address. If any co-authors are groups or teams, please input team name into the family name field. Submission of the abstract constitutes the consent of all co-authors to publication in the conference programme and Abstract Book.
- The abstract text is limited to 350 words.
- Please have your abstract checked for correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, and formal structure. The organiser reserves the right to edit abstracts, if necessary, before publication.
- No pictures/charts/tables can be included within the abstract text.
- Abstracts must be pasted into the plain text box and uploaded as a pdf.
- No additional files can be uploaded
- The number of submitted abstracts per presenting author is limited to one abstract per presenting author. There is no restriction on the number of presentations where a conference participant is listed as co-author and participants can still act as chair.
