Description
Sub-ion scale turbulence plays an important role in magnetized plasmas, particularly in high-confinement fusion plasmas where it can be destabilized in pedestal regions. We experimentally investigate sub-ion-scale turbulence in a linear magnetized plasma using a multi-channel probe array, resolving its spatiotemporal dynamics and parameter dependence. The observed turbulence exhibits characteristics consistent with ion Bernstein waves.
