Q: What do I need to bring on the day?
A: You must bring a valid photo ID.
Access to the Culham site is subject to UKAEA security protocols. All visitors must show valid photo ID on arrival to receive a visitor pass. Without it, access will not be granted.
Q: Can I transfer my place to a colleague?
A: If you can no longer attend, please email events@ukaea.uk as soon as possible and we will release your place. Your colleague will need to register in the usual way and acceptance at the workshop will be subject to them fulfilling the criteria.
To meet our security requirements, we share delegate information with our security and reception teams in advance to issue visitor passes.
